Overview

Scott Bermingham has 20 years' of experience in providing business solutions ranging from strategic advice to the development of modelling tools. His academic background and commercial experience give him considerable strength in the design and application of mathematical models and optimisation techniques to business problems.

Scott has experience in a range of industries including manufacturing, finance, retail, commercial fisheries, energy, health, telecommunications and forestry. Areas of specialised professional competence include problem solving, modelling systems, systems analysis and development, the application of mathematical models and project management.

Background

Prior to forming Orbit Systems, Scott was a Principal at PHB Hagler Bailly. He has also worked as a Manufacturing Consultant, and has consulted in Europe for over five years for his own company.

Scott holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science, and a M.Com.(Hons) in Operations Research from the University of Canterbury.
